Our Batik partner in Yogyakarta is a beautiful family-run business that has been creating real, handmade Batik for years.They make every kain by hand, using techniques like Batik Tulis and Cap.We’ve visited their workshop, learned about the process, and felt so welcomed. It's a joy to work with such kind, passionate people.
The tailor fam
We met Wayan and her family when Jil went out to deliver meals to people affected by the floods. One conversation turned into a collaboration: Wayan told us about her family’s tailor business, and it was exactly what we were looking for.
They turned our first samples into some amazing products, and we’ve been working together ever since.
