Shipping Policy
Free shipping on orders over €120 within the Netherlands, Belgium, and Germany.
Free shipping on orders over 1.5 mill IDR within Bali.
Orders & Processing
We ship worldwide from the Netherlands or Bali (Indonesia), depending on your location, to ensure the fastest and most efficient delivery.
We process and ship all orders within 1–4 business days. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email where available.

Standard shipping rates:
Netherlands service point delivery: €5.95
Netherlands home delivery letterbox: €4.95
Netherlands home delivery: €6.95
Other European countries: €12.95
Indonesia: Free shipping
Australia: €25
Shipping rates for other destinations will be calculated at checkout.
Estimated Delivery Times
We always do our best to ship as quickly as possible. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and carrier.
Netherlands: 1–3 business days (DHL)
Europe: 2–5 business days (DHL Express)
Indonesia: 1–3 business days (FedEx or DHL)
Other countries: 5–10 business days (FedEx or DHL)
Bali orders: If you are ordering within Bali, we also offer same-day local delivery through Grab. Please contact us through the Bali order form or WhatsApp.
Customs & Duties
International orders may be subject to import duties, customs fees, or local taxes. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer. They are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
We ship from both the Netherlands and Bali:

EU customers: Orders shipped from the Netherlands usually do not incur additional customs charges.

Orders outside the EU: Shipments from Bali or outside the EU may include customs duties or import taxes.
In most cases, the shipping carrier (such as DHL or FedEx) will contact you before delivery if payment is required. If these charges are not paid, your shipment may be delayed, held, or returned.
General indication:
Europe: Orders above €150 may include duties and VAT
Asia: Local taxes may apply depending on country
United States: Orders under $800 usually do not incur import duties
Rest of world: Charges depend on local regulations
We always try to ship from the closest location to reduce delays and extra costs whenever possible.
Tracking Your Order
• Most orders include tracking information. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a tracking link by email.
• Some smaller shipments within the Netherlands may be sent as letterbox packages without full tracking.
• For Bali deliveries, we communicate directly through WhatsApp regarding delivery updates.
Delivery Responsibility
• Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes or reroute the shipment.
• If no one is available to receive the parcel, it may be taken to a local pickup point or post office.
• While we carefully pack every order, we are not liable for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit.
Unclaimed or Refused Shipments
• If an order is not collected and is returned to us, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs for re-delivery.
• If a shipment is refused without prior contact, return shipping and handling fees may be deducted from your refund.
Delays
Although we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, delays can occur due to customs clearance, weather conditions, carrier issues, or busy periods. These delays are outside of our control.
