General
• By accessing our website and placing an order with Studio Batik Batik, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms apply to all users of the site, including customers, browsers and contributors.
• We reserve the right to update or change these terms at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately once published on our website.
• We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or restrict access to our website in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or violation of these terms.
Products & Craftsmanship
• All products sold by Studio Batik Batik are handmade in Indonesia using traditional Batik techniques. Because of the handcrafted nature of our work, small variations in colour, pattern, size or fabric may occur. These variations are part of the character of real Batik and are not considered defects.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. We do our best to represent colours and details accurately, but colours may vary depending on your screen settings.
• Some accessories, including silver-plated items, may naturally change in finish over time due to wear and exposure. This is considered normal use and not a product defect.
• As many items are produced in small batches, product availability may be limited and stock cannot always be guaranteed.
Orders & Payments
• All prices are listed in euros (€) and rupiah (IDR) unless stated otherwise. Taxes may be included where applicable.
• An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of pricing errors, stock issues, suspected misuse, or incorrect product information.
• Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information when placing an order.
Shipping & Delivery
• We aim to process and ship orders within the timeframe stated on our website. Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs clearance, and shipping carrier.
• Studio Batik Batik is not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs authorities, weather conditions, strikes, or other circumstances beyond our control.
• Any customs duties, import taxes or additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.
• Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to guarantee changes to the delivery address or rerouting of the parcel.
Returns & Refunds
• Our Return Policy applies to all returns and refunds and forms part of these Terms of Service. Please refer to our Return Policy page for full details.
Refused or Uncollected Packages
* If a package is refused, not accepted upon delivery, or not collected from a pickup location and is returned to us, any return shipping fees, carrier charges, or handling costs may be deducted from the refund or store credit.
* If the parcel is not returned to us, no refund can be issued.
Intellectual Property
* All content on this website, including designs, images, texts, logos, graphics and branding, is the property of Studio Batik Batik and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed or used without written permission.
* Unauthorized resale, reproduction, or commercial use of our products, photography, or branding is prohibited.
Liability
* Studio Batik Batik is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.
* Our products are intended for normal personal use only. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, accidents, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.
